This educational 3D printable clitoris model has the erect clitoris anatomy model attached to the vulva so that it is clear what the anatomical relation is.
This model has been designed in collaboration with a registered psychologist and sexologist working to help people towards a healthier and better sex life.
In addition to this downloadable printable model, you will also receive a very short series of educational emails that uncover information about the clitoris and its role in sexual pleasure. Use the email content to educate yourself and your partners so that you can gain the most closeness and joy from your sexual encounters.
Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) fall mainly under:
SDG #3 - Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages and
SDG #5 - Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls.
Here in the Sustainable Solutions Shop it is represented by a 3D-model
of the clitoris. The clitoris is an often forgotten but immensely important part of sexual pleasure for many people around the world. Sexual pleasure is a vital part of sexual health and overall well-being.
The Guttermacher-Lancet Commission’s integrated definition of sexual and reproductive health and rights states that:
“Sexual and reproductive health is a state of physical, emotional, mental and social well-being in relation to all aspects of sexuality and reproduction, not merely the absence of disease, dysfunction or infirmity. Therefore, a positive approach to sexuality and reproduction should recognize the part played by pleasurable sexual relationships, trust and communication in promoting self-esteem and overall well-being. All individuals have a right to make decisions governing their bodies and to access services that support that right.
Achieving sexual and reproductive health relies on realizing sexual and reproductive rights, which are based on the human rights of all individuals to:
- have their bodily integrity, privacy and personal autonomy respected
- freely define their own sexuality, including sexual orientation and gender identity and expression
- decide whether and when to be sexually active
- choose their sexual partners
- have safe and pleasurable sexual experiences
- decide whether, when and whom to marry
- decide whether, when and by what means to have a child or children, and how many children to have
- have access over their lifetimes to the information, resources, services and support necessary to achieve all the above, free from discrimination, coercion, exploitation and violence”
